FULL HIP FEE DISCOUNT with conveyancing
We will arrange to prepare your ‘Pack’ for £75 + vat plus
‘out of pocket’ disbursements for the Energy Performance
Certificate and other reports. Typically, the total cost
(including disbursements and VAT) for a freehold property
within Crewe and Nantwich will be less than £295
inclusive (some providers charge £295 + VAT - £346.63).
We will deduct the £75 plus VAT from your final Conveyancing costs!
We strongly recommend that the HIP is prepared before
your property is marketed. Though hopefully unlikely, it
may reveal problems that need to be addressed before
any potential buyer is put off. A well-prepared HIP can
also assist, and help speed up, a potential sale.

Remember
You may want us to examine a HIP on a property before
you make any offer to buy. We can advise whether there is
any difficulty that should be reflected in your offer. For this
we will charge £75 + VAT but again we would deduct this
from your final Conveyancing costs!
IMPORTANT
Where HIPs are prepared properly, and you are both
buying AND selling, the only additional cost to you may be
the Energy Performance Certificate – which could be less
than £100!
Ultimately, when a HIP is completed properly, the final cost
is likely to be cheaper!
