Some HIP providers give the bare minimum to make their Packs compliant with the regulations. We go a few steps further by including sufficient information to allow your prospective Buyer to get on with the purchase. This helps speed up the whole process - at no extra cost to you.

We will arrange to prepare your 'Pack' for £75 + vat plus 'out of pocket' disbursements for the Energy Performance Certificate and other reports. Typically, the total cost (including disbursements and VAT) for a freehold property within Crewe and Nantwich will be less than £295 inclusive (some providers charge £295 + VAT - £346.63).
