Court blocks publication of #metoo story

Yesterday the Court of Appeal stepped in to prevent the Daily Telegraph from publishing an exposé showing how a wealthy businessman had prevented staff from revealing sexual harassment, bullying and intimidation at his organisation by signing them up to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

It was found that the staff had received full legal advice before entering into the NDAs and therefore should not be able to flout them by selling their story to a paper.

Have you been the target of harassment, bullying or intimidation and need to speak to someone to find out what your legal rights are? Have you been asked to sign a NDA as a result of any harassment or bullying at your workplace?

Are you an employer and need legal advice on how to correctly handle issues like these?
