Solicitor, Solicitor for the Elderly (SFE) ACTAAPS accredited specialist

Before moving to Cheshire in 2003 I lived and worked in East Anglia. I qualified as a Solicitor in 1988 and initially worked as a litigator. For the past 15 years I have worked as a Wills, Probate and Tax Solicitor. In 2009 I became a full member of SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly) and as part of that organisation I specialise in elder client advice, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues. I have completed two out of three years of the ACTAPS qualification Course and hope to be a full member by mid – 2015. This gives me additional skills, enabling me to undertake work relating to Will and Probate disputes. In my spare time I enjoy Long distance walking (sometimes for charity), music and exercising our two lively Springer spaniels.
