Kirsty Kelshaw is a Commercial Property Solicitor within our Commercial Department, based at our Nantwich office and handles a broad range of commercial property work.
Kirsty provides strategic legal advice to a wide variety of clients adopting a commercial and pragmatic approach which ensures a timely and efficient completion of transactions.
Kirsty has experience and expertise in acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, acting for landlord and tenants in all types of commercial lease transactions including grant of leases, agreements for lease, lease renewals, assignments, surrenders, licences, rent reviews and forfeiture.
Kirsty has worked on behalf of developers in relation to residential development including land acquisition, site assembly, planning promotion agreements, option agreements, planning agreements and statutory undertaker agreements. Kirsty also acts for landowners using her knowledge to achieve a swift conclusion to the transaction.
Kirsty also deals with high value property finance including bridging loans to long term commercial mortgages acting for both national and local financial institutions as well as the borrower including corporate finance.
Kirsty’s most recent experience includes:
• Disposal of land to national residential developer for the sum of £5.5 million.
• Negotiating an option agreement with a value of £4 million.
• Corporate financing in the sum of £6.5 million.
Outside of work Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family and friends and having adventures with her 2 year old son. Kirsty also likes watching a good movie with her husband and a box of popcorn.
