FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR/FCILEx (from NQ up) 

We are seeking a Solicitor or FCILEx to joint our expanding family department. The suitable candidate should have experience of undertaking Children Act and Family Law Act matters but will have the opportunity of being exposed to private divorce and family remedy matters. The candidate would ideally be a new or recently qualified Solicitor or FCILEx who is able to immediately join a busy family department with full support of the family team. This is an ideal opportunity for a family lawyer who has family law experience to expand upon their knowledge and support the current department and develop their own case load.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR (from NQ up)

We are seeking a solicitor to join our expanding litigation team. Case load will cover Debt Collection, Civil Litigation Contentious Probate and Trust Disputes, Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant, Commercial and Residential Property Disputes, Breach of Contract. The Role & Requirements:

• The Firm are looking for a confident new Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution department, taking on an existing case load and matters independently with appropriate supervision and support.
• The work is varied and interesting, and can range from straightforward Debt Collection to Contentious Probate, Landlord and Tenant and Property/ Neighbour disputes and many more wide ranging issues.
• A significant amount of work is received through inter firm referrals and existing clients.
• The ideal candidate will be ambitious friendly and proactive, and will actively look for ways to contribute without waiting to be asked.
• Prior experience necessary.
• Secretarial and administration support will be provided.
• Salary dependent upon experience.

PUBLIC LAW/CARE SOLICITOR (from NQ up)

We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor who has experience of public law matters involving Local Authorities and has excellent experience of dealing with pre proceedings and care court proceedings representing primarily parents in such cases. Preferably you will on the Law Society’s Accredited Children Panel or looking towards accreditation to represent both parents and children in care proceedings. Excellent communication and advocacy skills are essential as you will be expected to conduct your own court hearings and short final hearings as is the ability to attend pre proceedings meetings and advocates meetings for court proceedings. You will have the benefit of excellent IT support, digital dictation, a comprehensive case management system and the support of a well-developed support team. We also offer flexibility in terms of home working.
