COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
As a Commercial Property Solicitor your main responsibilities may include:
- Running your own caseload of complex commercial property transactions involving registered and unregistered titles, freehold and leasehold properties, and sales and leasebacks
- Dealing with commercial leases of offices and shops
- Handling leases related to landlord and tenant issues
- Providing advice to clients on general commercial matters
- Liaising with clients daily
- Providing sound and professional legal advice to your clientsIn return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary for the area and flexible working options.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 4+ years PQE.
