Good Divorce Week – 26th November 2018 to 30th November 2018
Resolution, an organisation for family lawyers in England and Wales, are hosting ‘Good Divorce Week’ between 26th November 2018 and 30th November 2018.
The idea behind this campaign is to raise awareness about how separating couples can reduce the impact conflict can have on their children. Your children are naturally a prime concern when going through a separation and most couples have decisions to make regarding who the children will live with and how they can maintain a meaningful relationship with both parents. It is essential to ensure that the best interests of the children are put first.
Resolution and HSW are committed to reducing the emotional impact separation can have on the children of the family. This can be done by a constructive and non-confrontational approach to resolving family issues.
We have Resolutions members within our department and the department follows the Resolution Code of Practice.
