I am a commercial and agricultural property solicitor based at Hall Smith Whittingham’s Nantwich office.
I joined the firm in February 2023, having qualified in 2007 and previously worked at leading national and regional law firms.
I have broad experience in a wide range of commercial and agricultural property matters including:-
Sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property and land;
Landlord and Tenant matters, including agreements for lease, new leases, rent deposit deeds, assignment of existing leases, lease renewals and lease surrenders;
Property development. Acting for developers, landowners and occupiers covering conditional contracts, option agreements, rights of pre-emption and overage agreements;
Property finance. Acting on behalf of borrowers and lenders;
Partnership agreements;
Rights of way issues;
Adverse possession matters;
Sports and recreational sales;
Deeds of easement;
Contract farming agreements and share farming agreements.
Professional Memberships
Agricultural Law Association. I attained my Fellowship of the Agricultural Law Association in 2008 (the highest accolade for agricultural expertise).
Personal
Outside of work I enjoy playing most sports, all racquet sports, golf, rural pursuits, walking, bike rides, travel, and spending time with my family and friends.
